For a Literature class I took, I created a suggested database of books. You can search for books whose characters have special needs. For example, you can search by Down Syndrome, Autism, LD, Dyslexia, Deafness, etc. Elementary level tradebooks are specified with the words "Elementary Level." If not specified, the books would be more appropriate for middle and high school students.
